- Small Parts & Accessories: Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) via FedEx Ground within the continental US only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Replacement Covers: Replacement covers are made-to-order. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. All sales are final for this item; refer to our Return Policy. We do not accept returns of this product. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Aquaterra Spas is not responsible for any errors in cover measurements or make/model ordering. If there are any issues with your cover delivery, including refusal of delivery, and the cover is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $300 shipping fee.
