If you purchased a part or accessory (excluding spas and covers) from AquaterraSpas.com and wish to return it, fill out the return form below. Items submitted for return after they have shipped will be subject to return shipping fee. If your item has not shipped yet, email AHSService@watkinsmfg.com to cancel your order.
All parts and accessory returns must be requested within 60 days from the time of purchase.
For Spa Purchases: If you purchased an Aquaterra Spa on Costco.com you must return the spa through Costco. View their online return policy here.
For Cover Purchases: All sales are final. We do not accept returns of this product. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective and/or damaged products. Aquaterra Spas is not responsible for any errors in cover measurements or make/model ordering. We strongly recommend double-checking the make/model and dimensions of your spa before making a purchase. If you need help with this process call 888-961-7727. If there are any issues with your cover delivery and the cover is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $150 shipping fee. If any freight storage fees were accrued before the cover was returned to us, you will be charged the $150 shipping fee plus the additional storage fees.
