The buyer accepts the following conditions for all Replacement Cover orders:

All cover orders are custom-made, and once shipped, sales are final.
Returns and refunds are not available for this product. As each cover is specifically made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all cover purchases.
Aquaterra Spas is not responsible for any errors in cover measurements or ordering the incorrect SKU.
If delivery is refused, a $300 shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
